3. Quoting and Timeline
After finalizing the design, we provide a detailed quote and an estimated timeline for the project. A 50% deposit is required before we commence work. This deposit secures the materials and time needed to bring your custom piece to life.

4. Crafting Your Furniture
With the deposit paid, we source the finest timber, materials, and hardware for your project. Throughout the manufacturing process, we document the progress and send you regular updates. If any changes to the design are needed, it’s best to communicate them early to avoid additional costs. We will adjust the quote if necessary and continue with the approved changes.

5. Completion and Delivery
Once your custom piece is complete, we will arrange a suitable date and time for delivery. The remaining balance is due upon delivery. You will receive photos documenting the different stages of the manufacturing process and a final photoshoot of the finished piece.

6. Enjoy Your Custom Furniture
Your custom-made furniture is crafted to last and meet its intended purpose. We stand by our work with a manufacturing warranty. If any issues arise due to the manufacturing process, we will correct them. Additionally, we offer a repair and refinishing service for past projects, ensuring your piece remains as beautiful as the day you received it.
